FKL receives the Serbian Chamber of Commerce award for longstanding participation in dual education

FKL has received an award from the Serbian Chamber of Commerce recognizing the company with the longest continuous participation in the implementation of the dual education program.

This award represents a confirmation of our long-term commitment to the development of young professionals and the advancement of vocational education through practical training and knowledge transfer. Over the years, a large number of students and trainees have taken part in the dual education program at FKL, gaining valuable skills and experience in a real production environment.

We are especially proud of the fact that many former trainees are now employed at FKL, with some of them holding responsible and key positions, actively contributing to the company’s growth and success.

FKL will continue to participate in the dual education program in the future, with the aim of working together with educational institutions and partners to help develop qualified, well-trained, and competitive professionals who are ready to meet the demands of modern industry.
