In order to fulfill duties and responsibilities as data controller in accordance with the provisions of applicable law governing the protection of personal data, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) and Serbian laws governing data protection, we hereby inform you that this Privacy policy applies to the personal data we collect and process.
FKL collects personal data in variety of situations, such as when you visit our factory, apply to a job, visit our website, purchase and/or sell goods and services to/from us.

Anytime we collect your personal data, we have a legal basis for collection, like your consent, agreement concluded between us (including pre agreement actitvities), our legitimate interes or legal obligations.
We are collecting your personal data in a transparent manner and collection is strictly limited to its purpose. - the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation.
This right does not apply where the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing – You have the right to obtain restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
- the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
- we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
- you have objected to processing and the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject is pending.
We will inform you before the restriction of processing is lifted.
Right to data portability – You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided, where the processing is based on consent or the processing is carried out by automated means.
Right to object – you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based our legitimate interest, including profiling based on those provisions.

Moreover, if you believe that we have breach the provisions of GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
Right to withdraw the consent – if the legal basis for data processing is your consent you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Such withdrawal does not affect the legality of the processing of data before the consent was withdrawn.
