This Privacy Policy explains how FKL DOO Temerin (hereinafter referred to as: “we”, “our”, or “us”), the owner of the FKL DATA mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our free App.
In order to fulfill duties and responsibilities as data controller in accordance with the provisions of applicable law governing the protection of personal data, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) and Serbian laws governing data protection, we hereby inform you that this Privacy policy applies to the personal data we collect and process.
Information We CollectWhen you use our App, we may collect certain personal information that you provide to us directly or that is automatically collected through the use of the App. This includes, but it is not limited to personal identifiers such as your name and email address, as well as other information you choose to provide when using the App.
Anytime we collect your personal data, we have a legal basis for collection, like your consent, agreement concluded between us (including pre agreement actitvities), our legitimate interest or legal obligations.
We are collecting your personal data in a transparent manner and collection is strictly limited to its purpose. Personal data is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures.
How We Use Your InformationWe may use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the App
- Communicate with you regarding updates or support
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
We retain your personal data as long as it is needed to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. When the purpose is accomplished, your data is being deleted.
We may retain some personal data for longer periods of time, if it is prescribed by laws or by the legal authorities.

In order to maintain our business and to be able to perform some activities we may share your personal data with external processors, who are our service providers.
We require our service providers to protect the confidentiality and security of Personal Data, and to ensure that Personal Data is processed only for the provision of services on our behalf and in compliance with applicable law.

Right to be informed – you have a right to be informed that your personal data will be, are being, or were, collected and processed.
Right of access - you have a right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data, as well as copy of all collected personal information.
Right to rectification – you have the right to obtain from us the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you, furthermore you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) - you have the right to obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you and we shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:
1.the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
2.you withdraw consent on which the processing is based and where there is no other legal ground for the processing;
3.you objected to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing,
4.the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
5.the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation.
This right does not apply where the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing – You have the right to obtain restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
1.the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
2.the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
3.we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
4.you have objected to processing and the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject is pending.
We will inform you before the restriction of processing is lifted.
Right to data portability – You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided, where the processing is based on consent or the processing is carried out by automated means.
Right to object – you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based our legitimate interest, including profiling based on those provisions.
Right to lodge a complaint – in case you have any complaint or request concerning your data processing please do not hesitate to contact us at: office@fkl-serbia.com. Moreover, if you believe that we have breach the provisions of GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
Right to withdraw the consent – if the legal basis for data processing is your consent you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Such withdrawal does not affect the legality of the processing of data before the consent was withdrawn.
Use of Google servicesOur App may use certain Google services, such as Google Analytics or Google Sign-In, to enhance user experience, analyze app usage, deliver advertisements, or simplify login processes. These services may collect and process information such as device identifiers, IP addresses, app usage data, and other technical data in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be shared with and processed by Google in accordance with their privacy practices. We encourage you to review Google’s privacy policy to understand how they handle your data. https://policies.google.com/privacy.
You can manage your preferences regarding the collection and use of data through your device settings or directly via Google account settings, where applicable.
Third-Party Hosting
Our App is hosted by HOSTINGER which provides us with the infrastructure and storage necessary to operate and maintain the App. By using our services, you acknowledge that your personal data may be stored and processed on servers operated by Hostinger. For more information on how Hostinger handles data, you can review their privacy policy at: https://www.hostinger.com/privacy-policy.
We use Hostinger solely for hosting purposes and do not share personal data with Hostinger beyond what is necessary for the operation of our services.
User AccountsIn order to use certain features of the App, you are required to create a user account by providing accurate and complete information. Your account is necessary for accessing and using the app’s core services.
You may delete your account at any time through the settings. Please note that account deactivation is not supported. If you choose to delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed, and you will need to create a new account if you wish to use the App again in the future.
Children’s PrivacyOur App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Privacy PolicyWe reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will obtain your consent to any material Privacy Policy changes if and where this is required by applicable data protection laws.
